Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr Manager of Media Strategy to lead day-to-day planning, insights, and client service for top accounts. You’ll drive cross-channel campaigns across Social, Search, Audio, Programmatic, and more, presenting data-driven stories to senior clients.

You will manage multi-faceted teams, collaborate with Activation, Investment and Data & Measurement groups, and mentor junior staff. Monks offers strong benefits and a growth-forward, diverse culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in media planning, digital media, or client service.
• Ability to lead strategic conversations and present to senior clients.
• Comfortable with data analysis and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-channel campaign planning and deliver holistic, full-funnel recommendations.
• Own project management across client workstreams and timeline delivery.
• Manage campaign logistics for flawless execution.
• Lead daily/weekly client interactions and share performance details.
• Coordinate with Activation, Investment and Data & Measurement teams on optimizations.
• Mentor junior team members to foster collaboration.
• Turn complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, audience insights, plan building and reporting.
