Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Production Associate to support 12-hour continental night shifts (7:15 PM–7:15 AM). Starting pay is $23.34 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift premium, with eligible benefits including Retirement Savings Plan and Education Assistance.

You will operate the Emmebi machine, process material through AS400, ensure bundles match pack codes, and maintain safe production standards on a team.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work any shift.
  • Must complete internal or external assessment to determine communication, math and problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds with a partner.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work safely and effectively, meeting or exceeding production goals.
  • Process material through AS400 system.
  • Ensure all bundles are packed per the pack codes.
  • Ensure piece counts are accurate and correct profiles are packed.
  • Responsible for safe operation of the Emmebi machine.
  • Load proper plastic gauge wrap into machine.
  • Load proper size wood battens.
  • Print all drawings and instructions for each batch.

What you will be doing

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of manufacturing experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Fabrication processes is a plus.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with fluency in English- both written and verbally.
  • Must have ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals.
  • Leadership and coaching.

  • Self-starter; Adaptable to change.
  • Ability to prioritize needs.
