Job summary

US Pharma Lab is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and manage packaging department activities at the North Brunswick facility. You will lead packaging line teams, ensure GMP compliance, and collaborate with QA, planning, and maintenance to meet production targets.

The role requires a BA degree or 4+ years of supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical setting, with strong cGMP/OSHA knowledge and mechanical aptitude. This is a 2nd shift role with full-time on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to work in a team and assist others.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish or Hindi is a plus.
• Able to follow written instructions precisely and perform basic math calculations.
• Understands and is knowledgeable of cGMP, OSHA standards etc.
• Mechanically inclined to understand inner workings of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage packaging department activities.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of filling and packaging environment.
• Lead mechanics and warehouse staff to maintain production lines.
• Coordinate with QA, Planning, and other departments to meet schedules.
• Prepare production reports and variances; ensure inventory accuracy.
