Qualifications

• BA degree and/or 4+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience in nutritional/supplements/food/pharma manufacturing preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish or Hindi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Distribute workload to meet shifting priorities.
• Ensure packaging equipment operation with preventive maintenance.
• Supervise packaging production employees and mechanics.
• Coordinate with QA, Planning, and other departments.
• Prepare production reports and inventory logs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment per cGMP/OSHA.
