Job summary

US PharmaLab Inc. seeks a Packaging Mechanic to operate, maintain, and repair packaging lines at our North Brunswick facility. You will handle basic setup, routine maintenance, and minor repairs under supervision, with opportunities to advance to higher-level responsibilities.

You will work under the Manager, Maintenance, following SOPs and safety protocols, and contribute to equipment reliability and process improvements in a GMP-aligned environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
0–2 years in maintenance in a manufacturing environment (Level 1)
3+ years in maintenance in manufacturing (Level 2)
5+ years in regulated manufacturing environments (Level 3)
Forklift experience is a plus; ability to read SOPs and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Assist with setup, changeovers, cleaning, and basic operation of packaging lines.
Load materials into packaging equipment and perform basic inspections.
Escalate issues to higher-level technicians and document shift records.
Perform preventive maintenance and assist in line changeovers and adjustments.
Mentor junior technicians and participate in safety audits.
