Job summary

Guerbet is seeking a Packaging Supervisor for a 2nd shift position in a pharmaceutical production environment in the United States. You will supervise packaging operations, ensure GMP compliance, train staff, and drive process improvements to meet production goals.

The role requires 3 years of packaging supervision experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours. Occasional weekend coverage may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a packaging environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present information to large groups.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging operations to meet production schedules.
• Oversee packaging of pharmaceutical products meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review packaging process documentation.
• Train and manage personnel on packaging processes and equipment.
• Develop and mentor packaging personnel in their career.
• Apply root cause analysis to improve packaging processes.
• Identify and implement improvements for packaging processes (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Write Deviations related to packaging operations.
• Coordinate validation activities for packaging processes.
• Propose, evaluate, and implement improvements to packaging operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
