Job summary

Granules Consumer Health LLC is seeking a Packaging Supervisor/Manager (2nd shift) to oversee day-to-day packaging operations in Manassas. You will lead a team, plan and schedule packaging activities, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across the line.

The role requires 8–10 years of packaging supervisory experience in pharma/nutrition manufacturing, with bottle packaging line expertise and strong cGMP knowledge. Relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• BS in Science, pharmacy, or related degree.
• 8–10 years of packaging supervisory/management experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Bottle packaging line experience within a pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance (FDA/OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the packaging team and oversee day-to-day packaging operations on the 2nd shift.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee packaging activities while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain GMP-compliant work area and ensure products meet FDA and internal standards.
• Utilize ERP systems for packaging records and data entries; drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with QA, manufacturing, and regulatory to implement CAPAs and improvements.
