Nature’s Way in Green Bay, WI seeks an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the Packaging Department, 3:00pm–1:00am, Monday through Thursday. You’ll direct shift activities, ensure safety, quality, and efficient production while upholding cGMP requirements.

Lead training, develop KPI metrics, manage budgets and staffing, and coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Planning and Finance to optimize capacity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Operations Management and 5–7 years of related experience.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and APICS certifications/experience are desired.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise the 2nd shift Packaging department.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
• Develop and track department KPIs and budgets; hold personnel accountable.
• Lead training and development of associates; coach for performance.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Planning, and Finance to meet targets and improve processes.
