Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and cost considerations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all employees in the department.
• Train and coach staff; plan, assign, and direct work.
• Appraise performance; enforce policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality, efficiency, and production levels.
• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings with staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance and supervisors on repairs.
