Job summary

Qualus is seeking an Overhead Transmission Line Engineering Manager to lead and develop a dedicated engineering team, influence technical strategy, and foster a culture that delivers lasting impact across complex power projects.

This role provides engineering supervision, partners with the Engineering Director, and coordinates with clients and multi-office teams to ensure design excellence, rigorous QA/QC, and on-schedule delivery while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in energy sector.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering supervision and staff development for the team.
• Coordinate with Engineering Director to meet project demands.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure design package compliance.
• Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Development to maintain backlog.
