Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is looking for a Lead EOEM Outside Sales Engineer in a hybrid position. Candidates must live within 50 miles of Arden, Charlotte, Raleigh (NC) or Columbia/Greenville (SC).

You will market and sell Eaton's electrical components, manage customer accounts, provide application guidance, and support distributors with technical solutions using Bidmanager and Vista. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five (5) years of electrical industry sales/marketing and/or electrical engineering experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• No relocation benefit; must reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Columbia, SC or Greenville, SC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations.
• Quote projects and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare sales presentations to build product awareness.
• Build relationships with key customers to grow long-term business.
• Coordinate with factories to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
