Market and sell Eaton electrical components and assemblies, grow local sales, and support customers with technical guidance. Develop relationships with Eaton personnel, specifiers, and distributors; understand Bidmanager and Vista; translate project specs into solutions; travel as needed to close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in electrical industry sales/marketing and/or electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations.
• Quote projects and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding.
• Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term prospects.
• Work with factories to resolve technical and quality issues.
