Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a leader to guide a field and office-based Residential Connectivity Sales team. You will supervise daily operations, drive targets, recruit and train staff, and ensure customer base growth across assigned territories.

You’ll coach performance, identify training needs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, approve payroll and commissions, and stay informed on Spectrum products, market trends, and competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years outside sales experience.
• 0.5+ years sales supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Assess training needs, identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans for Residential Connectivity Sales Specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to accomplish objectives and support business decisions.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of Spectrum product offerings, market trends and competitor activity.
