Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the Direct Sales Department to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales plans that support Spectrum's objectives for optimal market penetration.
• Guide Direct Sales Managers in creating effective customer and sales strategies.
• Communicate overall sales strategy and requirements to field personnel while monitoring and evaluating results.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and mentoring Direct Sales staff.
• Manage territory assignments for residential and MDU Relationship Executives.
• Handle personnel matters including performance appraisals, coaching and safety training.
• Provide input during budget preparation and contribute to broader marketing discussions.
