Job summary

Universal Health Services’ North Spring Behavioral Healthcare in Leesburg, VA, is seeking a licensed, full-time therapist for the PHP Outpatient department to provide psychotherapy services including individual, family, and group therapy. Responsibilities include treatment-team coordination, supervision, staff training, and occasional on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in human services field (psychology, social work, counseling, education)
• Licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or a Licensed Psychologist)
• CSOTP and/or CSAC preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Subject to pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services for residents, including individual, family and group therapy; scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation.
• Attend all treatment teams for assigned residents.
• Attend weekly clinical supervision.
• Coordinate multifamily/group/family education groups.
• Participate in staff training as needed.
• On-call/weekend coverage, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned based on facility needs.
