Encompass Health Corporation is seeking an OT Therapy Team Leader who will lead the therapy team while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will balance clinical excellence with team leadership, mentoring therapists and coordinating care to achieve meaningful patient outcomes.

The role includes supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians, developing treatment plans, and driving quality improvements across the unit. A state license and leadership experience are required.
