Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance clinical excellence with leadership while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will mentor therapists, supervise staff, and coordinate team tasks to achieve care and business goals.

The role requires a current PT/OT/SLP license, CPR/BLS and 3+ years of discipline-specific experience, with a focus on quality improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT/OT/SLP required and in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days.
• Minimum three years of discipline-specific experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
