Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to balance clinical hands-on care with team leadership. You will supervise therapists and technicians, evaluate patients, and coordinate team tasks to drive outcomes.

The role requires active PT/OT/SLP licensure, BLS/CPR, and at least three years of discipline-specific experience, with leadership experience preferred. The position supports professional growth, a strong care culture, and a focus on quality improvement across a nationwide inpatient

Qualifications

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire in this role.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve goals.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
