Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive Oracle EPM initiatives, including planning, design, and delivery of EPM Cloud solutions. You will work with teams to implement, test, and optimize EPM modules, ensuring data integrity and strong governance across forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.

The role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving, and effective communication to guide clients and internal stakeholders toward scalable, efficient EPM architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules: PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, FCCS.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, development, and support of Oracle EPM solutions.
• Designs EPBCS web forms, business rules, and financial reports.
• Develops conversion and implementation plans and ensures successful deployment.
