Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Software Engineer II to implement and support Oracle EPM solutions across planning, forecasting and reporting. You will build data integrations, enhance models, and collaborate with architects and project owners to deliver scalable EPM capabilities.

You will apply advanced forecasting, ML concepts, and EPM automation to improve planning accuracy, ensure data governance with EDMCS, and support monthly/quarterly close cycles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules and related business processes.
• Experience building predictive analytic models and cash reports.
• Hands-on with PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting and FCCS.
• Security setup, data loads, and metadata handling in PBCS/EPBCS.
• Experience with IPM, EPM Automate scripts and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Applications.
• Develop modules and functions per technical design.
• Plan conversions and implementations, ensuring successful EPM changes.
• Leverage forecasting, ML, and EPM Agents to improve planning accuracy and automation.
• Administer monthly/quarterly close for Oracle EPM Applications.
• Build and manage data integrations using Data Management/Data Integration/EPM Agent tools.
• Translate business needs into robust EPM solutions.
• Maintain data governance and master data consistency with EDMCS.
• Troubleshoot bugs and enhancements in EPM modules.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Owners to define solutions.
