Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Oracle EPM to implement, develop, and support EPM solutions across our environment. You will lead module design, data integration, security, and reporting, driving best practices in planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Success requires 8+ years of Oracle EPM experience, strong scripting skills (Groovy, REST API), and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end EPM projects within a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules: PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, FCCS.
• End-to-end lifecycle development and implementation experience.
• Experience with PCMCS/ARCS as additional EPM modules.
• Strong technical background in PBCS/EPBCS, data management integrations, security, and reporting.
• Experience developing calculation scripts and Groovy scripts.
• Experience creating EPM Automate and REST API scripts.
• Ability to translate client needs into solid EPM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Oracle EPM Applications.
• Develop individual modules and functions per technical design.
• Develop conversion and implementation plans for EPM changes.
• Execute unit, performance, and acceptance tests to ensure quality.
• Prepare and present updates to internal teams, client teams, and leadership.
• Administer Oracle EPM Applications monthly/quarterly close processes.
• Build and manage data integrations using Data Management/Data Integration tools.
• Design EPBCS web forms, business rules, and financial reports.
• Advise clients on planning, budgeting, and forecasting best practices.
• Translate business needs into solid EPM solutions.
• Ensure data governance and master data consistency using EDMCS.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Troubleshoot bugs and enhancements in EPM modules.
• Identify process improvements for efficient financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Owners.
• Provide end-user training and report writing.
