Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Oracle EPM to lead implementation, development, and support across EPM Cloud modules. You will work on data integrations, security setup, and reporting while guiding teams through design-to-go-live in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Solution Architects and Project Owners, driving best practices in budgeting, planning, and forecasting within Lennar's enterprise framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules: PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, FCCS.
• End-to-end lifecycle development: requirements, config, design, build, test, go-live.
• Experience with PCMCS and ARCS is a plus.
• Hands-on build in PBCS/EPBCS; data management integrations; security setup; report writing.
• Developing calculation scripts and groovy scripts.
• Experience creating EPM Automate scripts and REST API scripts.
• Ability to leverage prior architecture & implement continuous improvement in Hyperion environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, planning, budgeting, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Oracle EPM Applications.
• Develops modules and functions per technical design.
• Plans and implements EPM changes for efficiency.
• Executes unit, performance, and acceptance testing.
• Presents updates to internal/client teams and leadership.
• Administers EPBCS close process (monthly/quarterly).
• Builds and manages data integrations using Data Management tools.
• Designs EPBCS web forms, business rules and reports.
• Advises clients on planning, budgeting, forecasting best practices.
• Translates business needs into solid EPM solutions.
• Ensure data governance and master data consistency (EDMCS).
• Utilizes Microsoft Office tools for reporting.
• Troubleshoots bugs and enhancements in EPM modules.
• Identifies process improvements for financial analysis.
• Collaborates with Solution Architects and Project Owners.
