Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Software Engineer II to implement and support Oracle EPM solutions, including PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, and FCCS. You will design, build, and automate components, integrate data, and ensure data governance while aligning with business needs.

In this role, you will work with Solution Architects to deliver scalable EPM solutions, develop predictive models, and optimize planning processes.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules (PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, FCCS).
• Experience with PCMCS and ARCS is a plus.
• Strong analytics, forecasting, and cash reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on builds using PBCS/EPBCS, data management integrations, security setup, and reporting.
• Experience with IPM, ML capabilities within EPM Cloud, and EPM Agents for automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Oracle EPM Applications.
• Develop modules and functions as identified through technical design.
• Plan and implement EPM changes and monitor efficiency.
• Leverage forecasting, ML, and EPM Agents to improve planning accuracy.
• Administer monthly/quarterly close in EPBCS environment.
• Build data integrations using Data Management and EPM tools.
• Translate client business needs into solid EPM solutions.
• Ensure data governance with EDMCS.
• Troubleshoot and support bug fixes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to define the right solution.
