Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to implement and support Oracle EPM solutions. The role focuses on integrating PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, and FCCS within the enterprise.

You will design web forms, rules, and reports, build data integrations, and drive end-to-end projects from requirements to go-live. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on data governance are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud modules (PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, FCCS).
• End-to-end lifecycle experience: requirements, design, build, test and go-live.
• Experience building data integrations using Data Management / Data Integration tools.
• Proficient in Groovy scripting, REST API, and EPM automation.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, development, and support of Oracle EPM solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain EPBCS web forms, business rules, and financial reports.
• Develop conversion and implementation plans and oversee successful changes.
• Create and run unit, performance, and acceptance tests to ensure quality.
• Prepare updates and presentations for teams, clients, and leadership.
• Administration of EPBCS environments for rolling budget/forecast models.
• Provide end-user training and application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
