Job summary

Peloton Group seeks an experienced Oracle EPM Planning Lead to drive the design and delivery of EPBCS-based enterprise planning and budgeting solutions for finance stakeholders. This hands-on, client-facing role partners with clients to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and lead successful planning transformations.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in financial planning and at least 3 full lifecycle EPBCS implementations, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and/or analysis, or deep expertise in planning processes.
• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience implementing Oracle EPBCS.
• Experience delivering at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS) solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Configure and customize EPBCS modules to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Lead client workshops to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and project plans aligned with client goals.
