Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Software Engineer II, EPM to implement, develop, and support Oracle EPM solutions. You will work on PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, and FCCS deployments, building integrations and automating planning processes.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Owners to design the right EPM solutions, ensure data governance, and deliver accurate insights for planning and close cycles.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience with Oracle EPM cloud modules: PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting and FCCS.
• Experience with other EPM Cloud modules – PCMCS and ARCS is a plus.
• Strong experience in building predictive analytic models and cash reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and Support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Applications.
• Develop modules and functions per design.
• Create conversion and implementation plans for EPM changes.
• Use advanced forecasting, ML, and EPM Agents to improve planning accuracy.
• Administer close processes for EPBCS.
• Build and manage data integrations using Data Management/EPM tools.
• Translate client needs into solid EPM solutions.
• Ensure data governance and master data consistency using EDMCS.
• Troubleshoot bugs and enhancements in EPM modules.
• Identify process improvements for efficient financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Owners to define solutions.
