Qualifications

• Lead OR nursing across multiple surgical specialties.
• Coordinate daily staffing, patient flow and case coordination.
• Provide circulating patient care as needed.

• Support onboarding, training and competency development.
• Promote compliance with policies and patient safety.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical leader and resource for OR staff.
• Assist with daily staffing assignments and case coordination.
• Provide direct patient care in the circulating role when needed.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, techs and nurse leaders.
• Support onboarding, training and competency development.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to department projects and service line growth.
