• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and nurse leaders to ensure seamless care
• Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and competency development of new team members
• Promote compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices
• Assist leadership with quality improvement initiatives, performance monitoring, and process enhancements

Job Summary and Qualifications

What Qualifications You'll Need:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative practices, patient safety standards, and surgical workflows.
