Job summary

Warby Parker in Pittsburgh is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-store optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work hands-on with customers, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure products meet our optical standards.

As a store keyholder, you will open/close duties, manage staff scheduling, and mentor opticians and retail advisors. An ABO license with experience and strong communication are essential to drive sales and service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician required with 2+ years of experience in supervisory roles.
• ABO certification required where state does not license opticians.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers with eyewear needs and ensure accurate measurements and fittings.
• Lead and mentor Optical team, including apprentice program participants, to uphold Warby Parker standards.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and daily operations; foster a positive team culture.
