Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our South Hills Village store’s optical team. You will assist customers, take measurements, and ensure eyewear meets high optical standards, while maintaining exceptional service on the floor.

You will mentor the Optical team, including Apprentice Program participants, manage store operations, and help foster a positive, productive work culture in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs, take measurements, and adjust eyewear with precision.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
