Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and promote safety-first culture.
• Assist with equipment changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate repairs with Maintenance and Supervisors.
• Inspect finished products and collect samples.
• Verify packaging materials per policies.
• Mentor production personnel and oversee workflow.
• Maintain production, clean-down, and quality records.
• Report deviations to Supervisor or Manager.
• Coordinate with Lab and Supervisors on corrective actions.
