Job summary

Techmer PM is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Dalton, GA facility. The role oversees shift operations, safety, scheduling, and Lean initiatives to meet ISO 9001 standards and optimize throughput.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of manufacturing supervision, experience with QMS, Lean/Six Sigma, and GMP practices, plus proficiency in MS Office and D365 ERP; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience with a Quality Management System (QMS) in Manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft D365 ERP.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to resolve processing problems and optimize efficiencies.
• Expertise in deployment and driving of manufacturing metrics (KPI).
• Experience in compounding of polymers or related field.
• High degree of organizational skills to effectively handle all assigned responsibilities.
• Team builder.
• Experience in implementing Good Manufacturing Practices across the production area.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operations during the assigned shift.
• Supervise employees to fulfill Techmer PM's mission and goals.
• Drive on-time deliveries and optimize scheduling and manpower efficiency.
• Implement 6S and Lean tools to improve process performance.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and participate in audits as needed.
• Conduct quarterly employee reviews and manage disciplinary actions as required.
