Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of extrusion machine operating and mixing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees on safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and safety is prioritized in all operations.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture.
• Assist with equipment changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Sign off on clean-down checklists to ensure sanitation and production readiness.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to repair equipment and verify tools are ready.
• Inspect finished product and document samples for quality control.
• Monitor production team workflow and provide leadership and direction.
