Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Lead Operator is responsible during the assigned shift for overseeing all site operations and ensuring SOPs and safety procedures are adhered to. They assist technicians, QACs, and other maintenance personnel, and help train other personnel in station/terminal operations. Must be able to climb tanks, work outdoors in extreme weather, and perform heavy physical labor safely.
