Job description

Position Title: Machine Operator Lead - 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift

Wage: $24.29 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm; 4:00pm - 12:00am; 12:00am - 8:00am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Review MPI's, SOPs, and shop floor packets prior to start-up to understand production, validation, and special requirements.
2. Assign personnel to production line stations based on skill sets.
3. Verify line clearance and complete necessary forms before start-up.
4. Check incoming components against batch records and document receipts.
5. Prepare In-Process and Reject labels before start-up.
6. Communicate production requirements to the team, ensuring understanding of quality and process standards.
7. Ensure all line personnel sign and initial relevant documentation.
8. Perform quality inspections, testing, and sampling during production.
9. Review batch records periodically for GMP compliance and accuracy.
10. Verify correct coding (lot number, expiration date) throughout the line and complete challenges.
11. Ensure equipment calibration is within specifications and coordinate recalibration if needed.
