Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a Project Superintendent for our Odessa, TX projects. You will coordinate on-site activities with project managers, engineers, foremen, and field personnel to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities include developing work plans, reviewing plans and specs, managing master and weekly look-ahead schedules, supervising subcontractors, ensuring site safety, and mentoring field personnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership or supervisory role on construction projects.
• 10+ years of construction experience; Oil and Gas plant experience is a plus.
• Insurable driving record and ability to pass safety training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all on-site activities with project teams.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with company safety policies.
• Budget, forecast, and manage field personnel and costs.
• Prepare work plans and manage master and look-ahead schedules.
• Review plans/specs and manage quality control programs.
• Manage subcontractors and mentor field personnel.
