Job summary

Saulsbury Industries seeks a site-based Superintendent to lead the Electrical group at a Permian Basin project in Western Texas. You will direct and coordinate activities, manage workforce, materials, and equipment, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

You will oversee safety, quality control, scheduling, and performance, while interfacing with customers and trades to maintain progress and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7-10 years of experience supervising Heavy Industrial Electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead representative for the company at a construction site, directing and coordinating the Electrical group.
• Provides management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment.
• Ensure that specifications are being followed.
• Maintain daily oversight of safety, quality assurance/quality control procedures.
• Resolve scheduling problems and prioritize work among trades to meet project timelines.
