Saulsbury Industries is hiring a Construction Manager to lead the on-site execution of our projects across Odessa, Houston, and remote locations.

You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget, coordinating with the on-site team and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results. A strong focus on safety, leadership, and collaboration is required to drive projects to completion on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction industry experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience on BESS, PV, or similar projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of on-site leadership and accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and budgetary performance.
• Demonstrate visible leadership to uphold Saulsbury standards and ensure all work aligns with core values.
• Develop work plans to safely deliver a quality project.
• Identify issues early and escalate as appropriate.
• Manage resource scheduling including workforce, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead project administrative functions including cost control, progress tracking, scheduling, forecasting, procurement.
• Assist with recruitment and development of construction workforce.
• Guide craft superintendents and subcontractor leadership.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to manage scope change.
