Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a highly experienced Superintendent for project-based work in the Permian Basin. You will direct site staff, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure safe, compliant execution of multiple projects.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of HV/substation supervisory experience, comprehensive knowledge of OSHA codes, and ability to lead safety-driven operations in a challenging terrain. Willingness to travel and stay out of town is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in HV/substation projects.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, safety standards and project documents.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel and stay out of town.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and foster a strong safety culture on the jobsite.
• Lead preparation of schedules, resource estimates, outage requests, incident investigations, inspections and reports.
