Job summary

Saulsbury Industries seeks an experienced Project Manager to direct heavy industrial construction programs in Odessa or Houston. You will lead scope, schedule, safety, and budget for projects up to $200 million, coordinating client relations and subcontractors.

Requires BS/BA in Engineering or related field and 10–12 years of EPC/oil-and-gas experience, with strong leadership and risk management capabilities. Travel to active sites will be needed in this full-time role.

• Experience leading EPC/oil & gas large-scale projects is required.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of the heavy industrial construction program to ensure on-schedule completion within budget.
• Acts as primary company representative with client and suppliers; negotiates scope changes.
• Develops execution, health & safety, QA/QC plans and other project documents.
• Monitors progress and budgets; communicates risks to management.
