Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking an E&I Project / Construction Manager for on-site leadership in Odessa, TX. You will manage electrical and instrumentation phases on industrial construction projects, lead an E&I team, and coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure safety, budget, and schedule goals are met.

The role requires proven experience in Oil & Gas construction projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive project performance under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing large instrument and electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical and administrative management for E&I phases on industrial construction projects.
• Review project proposals and budgets with project team and operations Director.
• Coordinate construction activities with owners, subcontractors and Company personnel.
• Lead project staff including superintendents and foremen; enforce safety as a priority.
• Monitor project costs vs. budgets with regular reporting.
• Handle change orders, subcontractor payments and invoicing.
