Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction industry experience.
• 3+ years in supervisory roles on BESS/PV or similar projects.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• Proficiency in electrical, earthwork, utilities, structures and mechanical work.
• Understanding of cost control, scheduling, forecasting and contract change management.
• Uncompromising commitment to safety and quality.
• Strong leadership and the ability to drive accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to navigate project challenges.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of on-site leadership for safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.
• Demonstrate leadership to uphold Saulsbury standards and align work with core values.
• Develop work plans to safely deliver a quality project.
• Identify and mitigate issues; escalate where appropriate.
• Coordinate resource scheduling including workforce, subcontractors and vendors.
• Lead project administrative functions including cost control, progress tracking, scheduling, forecasting, procurement.
• Assist with recruitment and development of construction workforce.
• Provide direction to craft superintendents and site leadership.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to manage scope changes.
• Be a steward of Saulsbury and customer resources.
