Job summary

You will train team members, monitor productivity and quality, and ensure inventory accuracy with efficient workflows. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, jewelry, pawn, consignment, or related environment preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory including various merchandise.
• Ability to identify quality merchandise and counterfeit items.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and supervise workflow.
• Train team members on production processes and safety.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and daily goals.
• Research donated merchandise for online sales potential.
• Create accurate merchandise descriptions and photograph items for listings.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper records.
• Coordinate movement of merchandise through production stages.
• Handle shipping claims with carriers and resolve outcomes.
• Answer customer inquiries by email and phone professionally.
• Assist with material handling and maintain organized work area.
