Job summary

TMG is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the apartment community’s maintenance team, overseeing preventive maintenance, apartment turns, inspections, and repairs. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards while maintaining property appearance.

Work closely with the Community Manager to manage maintenance budgets and inventory, respond to service requests, monitor safety, coordinate on-call coverage, and supervise vendors.

Qualifications

• Three years of apartment or multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance team.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and apartment turns.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and coordinate actions.
• Communicate priorities with Community Manager.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment regularly.
• Maintain inventory and safeguard tools.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
