Job summary

RoShay Services in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance for a multifamily apartment community, with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction and safety.

You will supervise technicians, prioritize work orders, plan preventive maintenance, unit turns and major repairs, manage vendor relationships, monitor budgets, ensure compliance with codes, and communicate clearly with residents to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in maintenance operations with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
