Job summary

Housing Trust Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance and the physical operation of assigned communities. This is a working supervisor role that combines hands-on troubleshooting with direction, training, and scheduling of onsite maintenance staff to keep buildings safe and ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience.
• Supervising, training, and scheduling maintenance staff.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance work with the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Supervisor.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and provide feedback to Maintenance Technicians and staff.
• Assign, monitor and complete work orders, inspections, repairs, and upkeep; assist as needed.
• Coordinate vendor schedules and ensure safety and quality of work.
• Communicate staffing, service, and property concerns to leadership.
