MAA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a multifamily community. You will coordinate repairs, respond promptly to service requests, and ensure market-ready apartments while upholding high standards of property appearance.

You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff, including painters and landscaping personnel, to drive service excellence and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, and/or mechanical repair.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required.
• Florida CAMT license may be required at hire or by the next licensing opportunity for Florida locations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and apartment units.
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to service requests.
• Maintain property appearance to meet standards and ensure market-ready apartments to meet leasing demand.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of maintenance staff, including painters and landscaping.
