Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of related work experience in penetration testing or a Master’s degree with 3-4+ years in the field.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with scripting / programming skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl).
• Ability to lead a technical team to conduct remote and on-site penetration testing within defined rules of engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security engagements, including penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises.
• Oversee delivery of client reports and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts, fostering collaboration and ongoing skill development.
• Stay current with cyber threat trends and represent EY at industry events.
