Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Attack & Penetration Testing to lead offensive security operations and help clients strengthen resilience against cyber threats. You will guide teams across penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises and deliver actionable reports to technical and executive audiences.

You will mentor analysts, stay ahead of threats, and represent EY at industry events, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering with 6+ years of related experience or a Master’s degree with 3-4+ years in penetration testing.
Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects and with manual attack testing.
Experience leading Red Team or application penetration testing programs and scripting skills.

Responsibilities

Identify threats and vulnerabilities to enterprise environments and lead offensive security engagements.
Oversee delivery of penetration testing, red team, and purple team activities with clear client reports.
Mentor senior and junior analysts and stay current with cyber threat trends and industry practices.
Represent EY in industry groups and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
