Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team to lead offensive security operations and help clients strengthen their resilience against cyber threats. You will guide sophisticated testing programs, mentor analysts, and deliver actionable reports for technical and executive audiences.

The role requires substantial penetration testing experience, leadership capabilities, and travel up to 50% to meet client needs in a dynamic, global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or related major.
• Master’s degree plus 3–4+ years of penetration testing experience.
• Experience with managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with scripting / programming (Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl).
• Active awareness of latest exploits and security trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead penetration testing engagements including internet, intranet, web apps, wireless and cloud tests.
• Oversee red team and purple team exercises; deliver clear executive reports.
• Mentor analysts and drive a collaborative, high-performance security team.
